Sadie is one of the 4 shelties who were turned over to ASR because the owner could no longer take care of them. She is a sable female who just turned 6 years old (born 5/3/2019).  She is 14 inches tall and weighs 26 pounds (needs to lose at least 6 pounds). She is in good health, spayed, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She is heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative.  She is microchipped.

Sadie has a very sweet personality and gets along very well with the other dogs in her foster home. Sadie knows basic commands (i.e. come, sit, lay down, stay, and give me kisses).  She is house trained and walks well on a leash.
