Roxy 2 was dumped out of a car neat McKinney Falls State Park, some people saw it happening and quickly rescued her. What is it with people who do that to a 12 year old, loving, sweet sheltie right after Christmas? Roxy came into rescue happy and healthy, we updated all her vaccinations, made sure she was up to date on her heartworm preventive, and quickly found her a new home where she is loved and protected.
