July 1, 2024 PUPDATE – After Jeffrey was in his pending adoption status we discovered that he was loaded with bladder stones.  Jeffrey is now back in our program as a Special Sheltie, he will be having surgery to remove the stones and will be on a special diet for the rest of his life.

Jeffrey is a 7 year old, mahogany sable and white owner surrender.  Very easy going and sweet.  He is a little overweight at 37 pounds but good food and exercise will help get rid of those extra pounds.  He came in with Max after their owners could no longer care for them.  He’s up to date on all his vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventive.  He was neutered after he came into rescue. He also is housetrained but needs to work on walking on a leash.  And he loves to play, an outgoing sheltie.
